HubSpot is a powerful CRM platform used to manage contacts, sales pipelines, customer service tickets, and more. Nexadata integrates directly with HubSpot, enabling you to create live data pipelines to and from your HubSpot environment. With this integration, you can extract CRM data, transform it in Nexadata, and sync clean datasets back into HubSpot with ease.
Here are the key features:
OAuth 2.0 Authentication: Securely connect using HubSpot’s OAuth 2.0 flow with automatic token handling and refresh.
Dynamic Object Detection: Standard and custom HubSpot objects are automatically discovered for easy selection.
Flattened Data Schema: Nested HubSpot properties are flattened for simplified tabular analysis.
Schema Validation: Fields and properties are validated before pushing data back into HubSpot to prevent sync errors.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Add a Connection
From the Nexadata home screen, click the Create a Connection tile, or go to Setup → Connections and click the Create Connection button in the upper-right corner. The Create New Connection form will open.

Step 3: Select HubSpot Objects and Properties
Once the connection is active, Nexadata will auto-load available HubSpot objects (e.g., Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets, and any custom objects).
Choose which object(s) you want to use in your datasets.
Use the Properties picker to select the fields you'd like to pull from HubSpot.
Nested fields like properties.firstname
are automatically flattened into clean tabular columns such as First Name
.
Step 4: Save and Confirm Connection
After setting up your connection and selecting objects:
